Refund policy

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on our products, but please contact us if there is an issue with your order. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not process exchanges for hygienic reasons  


Refunds
If you have an issue with your order, please email us at info@blushdiylashes.com with photos (if applicable) and a brief description of the problem.

If a refund is processed, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
